Pitts Wilson
I attended the University of Georgia, where I formed lifelong friendships and developed passions for travel, hunting, hiking, and, of course, cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
I earned my real estate license in 1987 and launched my career with Cushman & Wakefield, gaining valuable experience in commercial real estate. In 2002, I obtained my Broker’s license and shifted my focus to land sales, specializing in raw land and developed lots for builders. By 2013, I had merged my business with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, expanded into residential real estate, and went on to achieve more than $50 million in career sales.
In 2016, I founded JPW Realty, LLC, focusing on land, residential, and commercial sales, along with JPW Investments, LLC, which specializes in acquiring and subdividing land for homebuilders. That same year, I met my wife, Stephanie Lewis Wilson—a respected real estate agent with more than 35 years of experience in the Atlanta market, primarily with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty. Stephanie joined JPW Realty in 2018, and together we built a dedicated team grounded in client service, integrity, and results.
In March 2024, Stephanie and I relocated to St. Simons Island to expand our brand in the Golden Isles while continuing to serve clients in Metro Atlanta. With more than 74+ years of combined experience, we are proud to deliver responsive, detail-oriented service to buyers, sellers, and investors seeking their dream homes or land opportunities across Georgia.
